On June 7, 2010 at 7:55 PM Lawrence W. Sinclair was served with “Summons in a Civil Action” and “Complaint and Jury Demand” Case Number 1:10-cv-00897 filed on May 28, 2010 in The United States District Court for the District of Columbia by Patton Boggs, counsel for Daniel Parisi.
 
Lawrence W. Sinclair and Sinclair Publishing, Inc will vigorously defend against this frivolous law suit brought by Daniel Parisi, infamous Internet Pornographer and stand firmly on the truth.  “Truth” is an absolute defense against libel and slander.  It is the position of Lawrence W.
