“civil rights attorney says Obama’s doj corruption is no bull”
“Famous civil rights attorney, Bartle Bull, knows more than a little about voter rights. He was New York campaign manager for Robert Kennedy in 1968 and for Jimmy Carter in 1978. He is a liberal and life long Democrat and former Director of both New York Magazine and The Village Voice.
Bartle Bull was born in 1940 and graduated Harvard College in 1963, attended Oxford 1963-1964, and graduated Harvard Law School in 1967. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1967. In the 1960s Bull worked for the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law seeking to enforce the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in Mississippi protecting both black voters and black political candidates from voter intimidation. Bartle Bull is an expert on voter rights. Bartle Bull is a liberal. And Bartle Bull is taking action against the Eric Holder Department of Justice and the Obama Administration for its dismissal of an action against the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation in November 2008 in Philadelphia.
Members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense were seen brandishing a billy club, blocking the entrance to a polling place, and issuing verbal threats, specifically to white voters seeking entrance to the polling place in the national election in November 2008. Bartle Bull witnessed these egregious acts of intimidation and filed an affidavit with the federal court in the civil case filed by the Department of Justice setting out his allegations under penalties of perjury.
The government won its case against the black panthers by default judgment, that is, the defendants failed to mount a defense and make the requisite filings such as answering the complaint and/or responding to discovery. The case was won. At the time the matter proceeded to the penalty phase the new political appointees to senior DOJ positions by the new Obama administration amazingly caused the case against the black panthers, which was already won, to be dismissed. A slam dunk case was dismissed. This was an incomprehensible act by any lawyer who just won a case whether by default judgment or by evidence at trial.
In blockbuster reporting, Megyn Kelly of Fox News has blown the lid off this scandal in the DOJ by featuring two days of an interview with lead DOJ prosecuting lawyer on this case, J. Christian Adams, who recently resigned the job he loved in the Civil Rights section of the Department of Justice once he learned the DOJ lied to a commission on the reason for the dismissal, i.e. “the facts and law do not support the case”, and the openly acknowledged policy of the Obama/Holder DOJ not to prosecute any cases against a black defendant violating the rights of a white citizen. The government now is attacking attorney Adams as a disgruntled former employee who was a conservative with an agenda. Watching the interview with Mr. Adams will show a non-pretentious fellow who loved his job but loved the law and the truth more and sacrificed the former for the latter.
But then there is the uncomfortable reality of Bull Bartle, no conservative, and a renowned civil rights lawyer and decades long promoter of a left leaning agenda. Bartle is a fine example of old time liberalism, when it stood for truth, justice, and the American way, not today’s agenda of utter destruction of everything good about America. He comes from an era when civil rights advocacy meant something. Bull Bartle was present at the polling station in Philadelphia on that day in November 2008 and he is a witness to what happened. He was interviewed by Megyn Kelly as well and his testimony is critical to understanding this scandal. Watch the short video here.
In today’s Obama reconstruction of America the New Black Panthers may brandish billy clubs and tell white voters that they are going to “learn what it is like to be ruled by the black man, Cracker.” They are now empowered to do so with impunity. This policy also appears to extend to ACORN and they appear in the evidence in this scandal as well.
Racism requires the perpetrator to be in a position of power. Obama comes from a “church” of black liberation theology. Holder is no newcomer to controversy and the politics of race. Obama holds the office of President of the United States and Eric Holder holds the office of Attorney General of the United States. Who has the power?”
