Philip J Berg lawsuit, Larry Sinclair, State lawsuits, Minnesota, Sinclair to file in MN

The Philip J Berg lawsuit stating that Obama is not qualified to be president has been served on Obama, the DNC and the FEC. Obama must respond by September 24, 2008.
