Larry Sinclair’s arraignment in Delaware Superior Court has been continued. Wilmington Attorney Richard R. Wier, Jr, former Attorney General of Delaware, notified Sinclair yesterday at 5:15 PM, that he was withdrawing as Sinclair’s attorney.
