Lt Col Donald Sullivan will appear in Wake County Superior Court, Raleigh NC, on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 with his TRO, Temporary Restraining Order, to attempt to stop the Electoral College vote in NC until Barack Obama’s eligibility can be confirmed.
