Harold Ickes, a Hillary Clinton delegate, who spoke out during the DNC meeting on May 31, 2008, to count all votes in Florida and Michigan, was interviewed by Tim Russert on Meet the Press, Sunday, June 1, 2008. Mr. Ickes stated that Hillary has won the popular vote in the Democratic Primaries and quotes the AP popular vote counts. Mr. Ickes, on Saturday indicated he had been authorized to challenge the decision not to count all the votes at the Democratic Convention.
