Many of you are aware of a absurd decision by US District Court Judge, Nina Gershon. There are several possible reasons for Judge Gershon arriving at her unconstitutional conclusion. I can state with authority that the far left wackos have inundated the internet with their Orwellian word smithing to make it appear that Congress has broken the law by cutting off funding to ACORN.
