Obama not eligible, Constitutional crisis, Philip J Berg lawsuit, Electoral College meeting, Obama not natural born citizen
The Philip J Berg lawsuit that states that Obama is not eligible to be president was dismissed by Judge Surrick last week. Howver, the lawsuit is still alive in the appeals court and will be submitted to the US Supreme Court tomorrow, October 30, 2008. Mr. Berg is trying to prevent a constitutional crisis.
